Payment :

Products ordered on the store's website must be paid for through the PAYPAL payment platform.

Shipping cost :

The delivery costs for all goods sold by the online store are indicated at the time of your transaction. The costs are different between a canvas and a digital file. In addition, the costs are higher for sending a canvas to another country. No delivery fee will be charged for sending digital files.

Buying digital art does not disengage you from respecting copyright. You purchase the files and have the right to own and reproduce them for your personal use only. You cannot resell it or make it for commercial use unless you have made an agreement with the artist beforehand. That is to say me.

In the case of a special order or I will do a work just for you, according to the agreement, you will be able to own all the copyrights or to share them.

Delivery methods for physical works:

We reserve the choice of the carrier according to the logistical constraints in order to find the most efficient and safest solution for your work.

  • Preparation and delivery times:

Our intention is to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, we reserve a reasonable period of 1 to 3 working days for the receipt of your order. Printing can take up to 21 business days. In terms of delivery, normal times are usually 1 to 5 working days in Quebec, 5 to 7 days in Canada and 10 days in the United States. The digital works will be sent to you within 7 working days.

Tracking and tracking your order:

We will send you an email confirming the shipment of your order with the name of the carrier and the tracking number so that you can see where your package is. Applies only for physical order.

Signature upon receipt:

Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carrier is required to obtain a signature upon receipt. If you expect that you will not be able to sign when you receive your package, you can have the item sent to an address where someone you trust can receive it for you. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the shipping address. Applies only for physical orders.

Visual inspection upon receipt:

The carrier is responsible for delivering your order in full and undamaged.

If the artwork appears to have been damaged in transit, please take the time to examine it BEFORE signing. Indeed, when you sign for receipt, you acknowledge that the merchandise is in good condition. However, if you sign without worrying about the condition of the package and ultimately it was damaged, it will be difficult to prove that it was not you who damaged it and the carrier will no longer recognize its responsibility. afterwards.

If the goods have been damaged in transport:

  • Take a photo of the damaged package;

Color accuracy:

Since colors cannot be accurately rendered on a computer screen, it is possible that the rendering may be slightly different.
